The Future of Noon Day Ministries.

These are exciting days for Noon Day Ministry! The need for services that Noon Day provides is greater than ever. More homeless and poor people are being fed than ever before. In July 10,259 meals were served, in August 9,237. Recently, about 500 people received lunch on just a normal feeding day. There will be approximately 120,000 meals served in 2014. More people are being counseled, witnessed to, reunited with their families, receiving clothing, and receiving help in many more ways than we have ever seen in the 30 years of Noon Day’s ministry. The needs and challenges are extensive but with your help, Noon Day will meet the needs and challenges.

This is also a new day for Noon Day. The property where Noon Day is located has been sold and Noon Day must relocate. Fortunately, Noon Day has planned well for the move and a new building is under construction at 2400 Second Street NW. It will be completed within six to eight weeks. With the new building, we will be able to minister more effectively to more people. Truly exciting days of ministry are just ahead. There are many other new aspects to Noon Day along with the new building. There is a new name – The Rock at Noon Day. A new website, TheROCKabq.org, will be up shortly to explain the many services offered by Noon Day and how the community can become involved. There will be new ministries such as more help to homeless families and children. Thank you for your generosity to Noon Day and the homeless. You are making a difference in the lives of people. Your investment in this ministry has made it the success it is. Now your continued commitment, and even re-commitment, is needed more than ever. Many have given to help with the construction of our new facilities. They have helped in this way while continuing to give to the ongoing daily expenses. We are continuing to receive funds for the building with the hope of having the building paid for by the end of the year. You can leave a legacy by your contribution to this facility that will serve the homeless for many years in the future. If God puts it on your heart to help with the remaining building fund needs, please donate online or contact us with your contribution. Additional operating funds are needed for the increase in ministry opportunities. Please pray for Noon Day and how you can support this wonderful ministry.

Again, thank you for your support.
